The BIOROCK waste water treatment plant requires an unexpensive servicing in order to maintain its performance year after year, like all sewage treatment plants but our main difference with most electric plant which need servicing every 6 months is that the BIOROCK service is performed only annually. This maintenance should be performed by a trained BIOROCK company.

The service includes a sludge test on the settlement tank that will show if the tank needs emptying or not; we advise you to empty your tank when the sludge level reaches 50% of your tank. You will save you more money doing this test than the cost of the service: indeed, many BIOROCK tanks will go longer than the usual annual emptying interval of other electrical sewage plants.

Please always ask a BIOROCK trained maintenance company to undertake any maintenance on your plant.
